- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My husband went in for a total knee replacement operation. We could not fault the experience from seeing the consultant, going for pre-op and then the operation. The staff were all really friendly and helpful and really cared about him. Sat at the waiting room for more that 20 mins after checked in at the reception and only to find out the hospital couldn't find my profile on their system - I thought the whole point of checking in at the reception is to make sure the patient profile is on the system. I had to walk up to the reception three times before they acknowledged that my profile was not on their system.
