- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Went to to the pharmacy today to use the Minor Ailments Scheme. It was a wasted trip because despite the website making it clear no appointment was necessary there was no eligible pharmacist on duty who could issue medications under the scheme. I had some limited advice via a member of staff who was not actually a pharmacist. I think any pharmacy who is signed up to this scheme should have the correct staff available during the relevant hours.by Bill RyanJune 12, 2017
