  I have been going to this Dental practice since I was a baby, I'm now 21 and over those years I have had lots of diffrent dentists at this practice and I have found them all to be profesinal staff. I have varios issues with my teeth including week enamal, sensitivity and teeth that are prone to decay and cracking, I feal that the dental staff have adjusted my treatment well for me, including getting x-rays to check the conditions of my fillings (of witch I have had many). And the dentist always explain everything to me so that I feel confedent that the care I'm getting is the best for the situation. I have had god knows how many fillings in my adult and childhood life and I beleave atleast 3 teeth pulled and one root canale (witch is not easy to do with someone with a big phobia of needles) but I have found the all the Dentist's I have had to be very understanding and patient with me in all of these cases, even when I tryed to run out the room as a teen due to my needle phobia (and a shout out to my current Dentist Dr Hoxha who had to talk me down with my needle phobia during my root canal). All the employes are curtius, greet me with a smile and are very helpfull. I admit the waiting time can sometimes be a while, but as a person who has issues with her teeth I undertand that it is because the Dentist is trying to make sure you have all the care you need, so sometimes the appountment over runs, and due to this I dont mind the wait beacuse I know that the Dentist is trying to do everying possible to care for there patient without them fealing rushed.

  I would like to praise the surgery on their professionalism and service me, my partner and three children received recently. I have been a patient at surgery for many years and always found the standard of care brilliant. The receptionists are extremely helpful, the dental nurses are very welcoming and the dentists are gentle and professional. I feel people are quick to moan about the NHS services so I wanted to express feelings on a job well done and I would highly recommend the practice to family and friends. Thank you Simply Bright keep up the good work in a very busy NHS we have now days.

  Brilliant staff. Dentist very helpful and always tries to fit me in on short notice especially as I had some trouble with a large abcess recently. Excellent service.
